With operations throughout the African continent our client, a multinational oil company, sought a service that would enable the client’s head office to monitor the macro political and security changes of countries in which the client operated in order to inform business development strategies. The client required a particular focus on those countries from which information was neither freely nor easily available because of language and other barriers.

Erinys responded with detailed daily intelligence briefs focusing on key changes and challenges in the macro political and security environment of each country enabling our client to monitor and structure their approach to mitigate the risks that they faced.
